What we collect

When you book a call or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you tell us about your business.
When you sign up for a plan: your billing name, address and email. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
To build your site: the logo, photos, text and business information you send us.
On this website: basic analytics such as pages visited and the device and browser used.

How we use it

To build, host and support your website.
To bill you and send receipts, invoices and payment reminders.
To reply to you and to send you updates about your plan or your site.
To improve our service and this website.

We do not sell your information. We only share it with the services we need to run Deploy, such as Stripe for payments, our hosting and domain providers, Google Workspace for email, and our scheduling tool for booking calls. Each of those providers handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Your site's visitors

If your website includes a contact form, booking tool or analytics, information from your visitors goes to you and to the tools connected to your site. You are responsible for how you use your own customers' information and for any privacy policy your business needs to show.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and billing records for as long as you are a client and for as long as the law requires afterward. If you leave Deploy, we will return or delete the content you gave us on request.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@deploymade.com. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data we will let you know.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will update the date at the top and, for current clients, email you.
